Appoint Elder Qualified Men, Pt. 2

Paul left Titus to finish the organizing process of the churches there. The first thing Titus is instructed to do is to go to the churches and find qualified elders, men who pass the inspection of biblical scrutiny. Keep in mind that elders are to conform to all these character qualifications and demonstrate a serious commitment to the local church so they can be an example for everyone to follow. Elders are examples to the flock, so we can follow their example of faith and faithfulness.
