When Unmet Expectations Affect Your Marriage

For us as wives, faithfully obeying God’s Word in how we love and serve our husbands is part of that legacy of building into our marriages. But it’s not all lovey-dovey and easy. Sometimes being married can be a challenge, not just for a little while, but for a lifetime. If you are married, have been married, or hope to be married in the future, you will find yourself at some point with a choice. Will you remain a “victim” of your circumstances and your unmet expectations, or will you trust that God knows what He is doing and live by faith upon His Word?
