When God Uses Unmet Expectations to Test Your Heart

God will test us. But it will be exactly what we need and to the degree that we need it. Testing and training go together. In 2 Chronicles 32:31 we read, “God left him [Hezekiah] alone only to test him, that He might know all that was in his heart.”
There are times, when the Lord is at work in our lives, where we will feel utterly alone and abandoned by Him. We’ll discover what the Lord intends to teach us when He tests our hearts with waiting upon Him.
