What to Do While Waiting to Get Married

Arriving at marriage, for Christians who want to glorify God, can be difficult to achieve. Once a single person determines they are ready and want to get married, finding the right person isn’t always easy and sometimes requires years of waiting. What do you do when no one is pursuing you or you can’t find someone you want to pursue? What do you do when you are waiting for your knight in shining armor or your princess to come along? You have to wait patiently on the Lord. This leaves many singles in a holding pattern, circling the airport of marriage, wanting to land, but never touching down on the tarmac of holy matrimony. They are stuck, waiting for their knight in shining armor or beautiful princess to show up.
